- Contact and shipping details provided during Stripe Checkout.
- Order selections, payment status, order reference, fulfilment and tracking information.
- Technical information such as browser, referral and campaign parameters when optional tracking is accepted.
How information is used
- Process payment and fulfil physical product orders.
- Provide support, delivery updates, refunds or replacements.
- Prevent fraud and keep business records.
- Measure advertising performance only when optional tracking is accepted.
Payment information
Card details are handled by Stripe. Aura Essentials does not store complete card numbers on the storefront or in the admin panel.
Service providers
Information may be shared with Stripe for payment, fulfilment providers such as CJdropshipping and couriers for delivery, Cloudflare for website infrastructure, and Meta for optional advertising measurement when consent is granted.
Retention and rights
We keep business and order records only for as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, support, accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access or correction.
